“How many people are smiling… but silently struggling?”
I was sitting at the table… just thinking about the state of people’s minds.
Not what they post.
Not what they say.
But what they’re really carrying.
And I thought… sometimes all it takes is one real question:
“Are You Okay?”
But if I’m honest, I don’t always like asking questions unless I’m already engaged. Because asking means you’re ready for the truth… and everybody not ready to hear it.
Then God dropped it in my spirit:
4 letters. Simple. Direct. Unavoidable.

Put it on a hat.
And even if nobody answers you… they’ll have to answer themselves.
Because the truth is—people are not okay.
And we’re living in the aftermath of it.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again:
The government failed America after COVID.
Yes, businesses got recovery…
But what about the people?
People lost loved ones and couldn’t even say goodbye. Families sat outside hospital rooms… praying through phones.
Funerals happened with empty seats.
Graduations, birthdays, weddings—missed.
Jobs lost. Homes lost. Relationships broken.
Children thrown out of routine and into confusion.
And behind closed doors?
A rise in abuse, violence, and silent suffering.
And now we’re looking at a generation trying to function…while carrying unprocessed grief and trauma.
There should have been:
✔️ Free mental health screenings
✔️ Free counseling
✔️ Real support for the people
Because what we’re seeing now?
This is what happens when pain goes untreated.
The Word says:
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3
“Bear ye one another’s burdens…” — Galatians 6:2
Listen… healing was always God’s plan.
But we have a responsibility to create space for people to be honest.
That’s what this is.

Not just a hat.
A mirror.
A moment.
A ministry without a mic.
You might not respond to me…
But you will have to respond to yourself.
And my prayer is that when you do—
you choose healing.
Too many people are suffering in silence, and we keep walking past each other like everything is okay.
